We carefully pack each pre-loved item to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure international returns are clearly marked as “Return” on customs forms.
